I read the negative review of one customer and after looking at her profile negativity follows her everywhere she goes! I called Hamilton's and advised that the transmission went out on my 2015 Honda. The shop gave me a price within 10 minutes of me calling and arranged towing for my vehicle. Hamilton installed a new Honda transmission with a fully backed Honda warranty! When I picked up my vehicle the price ended up being $300 less than I was originally quoted. Hamilton is a great place to have quality work done for a fraction of dealer prices!

I have been going to Jerold for over 20 years. He is honest, affordable, stands behind his work and can fix anything. I have never had a bad experience and TRUST Jerald to tell me the truth. If he says it needs repaired I tell him to do it.

My boyfriend picked up his car last week, He got a transmission put in. Mr Gerald and his crew did a remarkable job. However the price was $160.00 more than he quoted due 2 fluid etc. I feel that should have been included in the quote, especially the fluid *** didn't he know that?🤔 But overall my baby is very happy. He did an awesome job.

Best place to take your car to get it worked on in Durham. Mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. mechanic. We have taken our vehicles here for years and know the owner. Very honest gentleman. Gives a detailed receipt of all work done and parts that were replaced.

This place is sketchy. Kept my car for an entire day, did nothing with it, while I'm driving a rental car. Never even bothered to call me. On second day, quoted a repair price, quite rudely, & when I decided not to have the repair done (due to rudeness and not due to price), owner advised he was charging a diagnostic fee. I would have had no problem had he been up front about this. I stopped the charge and reported him to Attorney General. Completely unprofessional.
